What is the Arena One SMS Program?
ARTIST ONE ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, LLC d/b/a Arena One and its current and future affiliates, subsidiaries, and related entities (“Company,” “Arena,” “Arena One,” "we," "us," "our") offers an SMS messaging program that allows fans attending our live cinema events to receive text messages related to their in-venue experience and, with separate consent, promotional messages about upcoming events.
Types of Messages We Send:
Verification Messages — A one-time text message containing a verification code to confirm your phone number when you register in the Arena One fan experience.
Transactional/Event Messages — Notifications related to your active event participation, such as when your submission is displayed on screen.
Marketing/Promotional Messages — With your consent, messages about upcoming Arena One events, promotions, and announcements. This may include recurring messages.
Message Frequency:
Message frequency varies. Verification messages are sent once per registration. Transactional and utility messages are sent occasionally during live events. Subject to applicable law(s), marketing messages are sent periodically during allowable hours based on upcoming event schedules. You will never receive more than 10 marketing messages per month. Notwithstanding, we are not liable for the unintentional or unauthorized misdelivery or untimely delivery of SMS messages sent in connection to our messaging program.
How We Obtain Your Consent:
We obtain your express written consent before sending you any SMS messages. When you register in the Arena One fan experience, you are presented with a consent checkbox that reads:
"I agree to receive text messages from Arena One for marketing and show experience purposes. By opting-in, I represent that I am of age and legally authorized to consent to receive SMS messages at the designated mobile number. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. See Arena One's SMS Terms."
You may uncheck this box to decline SMS messages. Your consent is not a condition of receiving, participating, or purchasing any of our Services (as defined in our Terms of Service).
Message and Data Rates:
While we do not charge you for SMS messages. message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
How to Opt Out:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also text UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or any other reasonably similar language. In addition, you can send us a request to opt out at help@artist.one. Once we receive your opt-out request, we will use best efforts to immediately stop sending you messages of all types. In accordance with applicable law, you will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.
How to Get Help:
Reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us at help@artist.one for assistance with the SMS program.
How We Use Your Phone Number:
Your phone number is used solely for:
Sending you a verification code to confirm your identity; Delivering event-related notifications you have consented to receive; and sending marketing messages you have opted into.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with any third parties for their marketing purposes.
Your phone number is transmitted to Twilio, our SMS delivery provider, solely for the purpose of delivering messages to you Please refer to Twilio’s privacy policy for additional information on how they process end user phone numbers and other personal information.
How We Protect Your Phone Number:
Phone numbers are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption
A one-way cryptographic hash (HMAC-SHA256) is used for lookups — your phone number cannot be reversed from this hash.
All database connections use TLS encryption. Access to phone numbers is restricted to authorized administrators through role-based access controls
Data Retention and Deletion:
Your phone number and SMS consent records are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law(s).
SMS opt-out records may be retained indefinitely.
Verification codes expire after 15 minutes and are automatically deleted.
Your Rights:
You have the right to opt out of SMS messages at any time. To opt-out you may reply to any SMS message and express your request by simply texting “STOP”, “OPT OUT”, “UNSUBSCRIBE”, or any other reasonably similar language.

Eligibility To Participate in SMS Messaging Program:
Our SMS program is not directed to children under 13 years of age. If you become aware that any child under the age of 13 has subscribed to or provided their phone number for our SMS messaging program, please promptly inform us by contacting us at the email or address provided below so that we can promptly remove them from the program and delete their associated Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
